University Schools uses the College Preparatory Mathematics (CPM) curriculum for grades 6 through Algebra II. The sequence is as follows:
- Foundations for Algebra Year 1 (FFA1)
- Foundations for Algebra Year 2 (FFA2)
- Algebra A
- Algebra B
- Geometry
- Algebra II
