COACHING POSITIONS

Some, not all, of the general responsibilities might include:

1. Full responsibility for overall supervision of the program, including JV and freshman teams.
2. In charge of assigning all duties of assistant coaches working under his/her supervision, and completing season ending evaluation of assistant coaches.
3. Responsibility for practices.
4. Completing inventory of equipment at the end of the season.
5. Evaluation of the program at year’s end.
6. All record keeping requested by athletic director.
7. Purchase of equipment and supplies.
8. Building good sportsmanship and public relations with other schools and University Schools community.
9. Responsibility for scheduling all activities of the team.
10. Oversee safety conditions of facilities and drills used.
11. Promoting the sport by prompt and accurate score reporting to local media.
12. Attending clinics, workshops, and keeping up with new developments.
13. Help coordinate team volunteers to assist Booster Club in fundraising evens.
14. Responsibility for off-season activities for sport.
15. Responsibility for all personnel issues with regard to team members.

Salary to be determined based upon qualifications and experience.
