Request Procedure

  1. Determine the block, date, and time the mobile lab is needed.
  2. Examine the calendar and determine if the desired time slot is open.
  3. Send an email to the appropriate proctor:

    or for the Bond Lab
    (bondlab@justinboyd.net)
  4. All mobile lab request emails should conform to the following procedure:

Subject: Instructor's Last Name: Mobile Lab Request

Body: Include the following

  • Instructor's Name
  • Instructor's Room Number
  • Time range lab is desired
  • Alternate time range lab is desired.

Please do not request dates more than 4 weeks in advance of today's date.
