Salary, Benefits, and Requirements for Professional Positions
Minimum teacher salary is approximately $36,102 for full-time positions. University schools bases all salaries on experience and qualifications.
Benefits include health, life, and dental insurance options as well as retirement in the Public Employees Retirement Association.

- Copy of teaching license
- Academic transcripts (unofficial transcripts are acceptable for initial screening only)

Are you interested in becoming a certified substitute teacher at University Schools? If you already have a current teacher’s license from Colorado Department of Education (CDE), you do not need a substitute authorization. If you have a four-year college degree, you will need to apply with the CDE to obtain a three or five-year substitute authorization license.
