Salary, Benefits, and Requirements for Professional Positions

Our certified salary schedule starts at $40,215 for full-time positions. The most current salary schedules for certified, classified, and A/P/T is provided using the link in the "Job Opportunities" blue column to the right of this page.

Benefits for Employees—employees contracted for .75 FTE per week or more

Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance options. University Schools pays 100% of premiums for short term and long term disability policies and pays for a $25,000 life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment policy. With our high deductible medical plan, University Schools will contribute, per policy year, $1,000 for a qualifying HSA account. We comply with all state laws regarding accrued paid sick leave (Colorado Senate Bill 20-205) in combination with additional unrestricted PTO leave. Retirement is in the Public Employees Retirement Association (P.E.R.A.).
