Colorado schools are to hold data privacy and security in high regard and take action to ensure that students’ data is handled securely according to the Colorado Student Data Transparency and Security Act (HB 16-1423). University Schools, as well as all of the Greeley District 6 schools, holds ourselves to this standard of compliance with the act.

Student Data Privacy Protocol
Teachers and Staff: You must submit a request to use a web resource in your classroom if it is not listed on the approved list above. Also, before submitting a request, check to see if the resource is on the denied list above. There are certain resources contracted by University Schools. Resources provided by vendors that are listed under University Schools School Service Contract Providers above are approved for use in classrooms.
