Volunteer

Families and community members are a crucial piece of the school family, and we can’t wait to get you involved. Being a K-12 school means our calendar is always full of activities and events, and it takes a lot of hands to put it all together. We know you share our passion for students, and volunteering is a fantastic way to get involved. Whether you’re willing to give your time, your talent, or your treasure; University always has an open spot for you. So, jump in and make a difference!

Donate your Time:

University has several parent-run groups and they all need volunteers. If you would like to donate your time, take a look at these organizations:

  • USPTO (*University Parent Teacher Organization) is a collaborative group of parents, teachers, and staff working together to support and enhance the educational experience at a school. Through fundraising, organizing events, and volunteering, the PTO helps create a positive and enriched environment for students, promotes school spirit, and fosters strong connections between families and the school community. If you enjoy organizing and running events and fundraisers, this is the group for you. Use this link to sign up.
  • The Booster Club is a great place for people to get plugged in directly to University Athletics. Each of the opportunities that our athletes enjoy are made possible by the funds that are raised by the Booster Club. Booster fundraisers provide money for uniforms and other apparel, trips and hotels, special events and scholarships. Volunteers are always welcome, so feel free to reach out. uhboosterclub@gmail.com

  • The University Schools Foundation was established to support the financial well-being of University Schools.

Donations support school projects such as furnishing classrooms, funding teacher grants, improving athletic fields, and upgrading technology and infrastructure. In addition, the Foundation proudly supports graduating students with scholarships for college.

Furnishing classrooms, funding teacher grants, improving athletic facilities and upgrading technology are all made possible through community donors.

    What has the Foundation funded?

  • Student Scholarships
  • Curriculum Books and Materials
  • The Foundation raises money through donations from University families, alumni, local businesses and individuals in the community. They also host special events like the Annual Golf Tournament in September. Donations can be made in person, by mail or online. Checks can be dropped off at the main office or mailed to University Schools Foundation PO Box 336785 Greeley, CO 80633. If you would like to pay online, click the Donate Button.
